Starter Kits

*Starter Kits are available for one time purchase per person only
*Validity Period: Starter Kit 1 - six weeks; Starter Kit 2 - six months

Packages
Packages are non-refundable. Packages of 10 sessions are valid for 6 months; Packages of 20 sessions are valid for 12 months. (Extensions may be granted on a case by case basis for medical or travel purposes.)

Payment
Preferred method of payment is either cash and cheques payable to “The Pilates Place”. Credit cards accepted.

Your First Visit
We recommend all new clients to arrive 15 mins earlier to familiarize themselves with the studio and to fill out the forms required.

Class Duration
All classes are an hour unless otherwise stated. Please be punctual as classes will run on time.

Attire
Comfortable sports clothing. Nothing too loose-fitting as it is important for the instructor so be able to see your alignment. No shoes required. Socks are required for hygiene reasons (Non slip socks are advised for safety!)

Cleanliness
For group classes towels are provided, we ask clients to kindly spray machines with disinfectant provided and wipe down their machines with cleaning towel at the end of each class. This is ensuring the cleanliness for the next client.

Booking and cancellation of classes

• Booking and cancellation of classes can be made online or by calling the studio
• Please note that the online booking system disallow bookings to be made within 4 hours of the class. Please call the studio to book your slot in this situation.
• 12 hour cancellation policy. We seek your understanding and cooperation in giving a minimum of 12 hours for any cancellation of group or private classes. This is to allow us enough time to schedule other clients who would have wanted to come for the class.
• * Any cancellation made within 2 hours of the class will be charged
